how do you get pictures off of youtube videos ?

It's simple: there's a "print" key on your keyboard (somewhere near insert or break...). Press this key and then paste it (Ctrl+V) into an image editing program - Photoshop or good ol' Paint or...
Then you can crop and/or save it. That's all.
